I clicked around for a bit, but my gut reaction was that the pages were confusing and not very intuitive. I couldn’t really tell where I was supposed to go next, so I ended up giving up quickly...

I reached out to support, the replies were really slow. I had to follow up more than once, and even then I didn’t get a clear answer. It was frustrating

I don’t know if it was just me, but the website felt really frustrating to use. I was only trying to find some basic information, and somehow I kept getting sent to pages that didn’t seem like the right place.
The menus felt kind of all over the place, and a few pages loaded strangely for me. I was using it on my phone too, which made some parts feel even more confusing than they probably needed to be.
Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I gave up quickly. If you’re just trying to get something done fast, this site doesn’t make it very easy.

"Customer service was okay"
The weird part is, it took a while to get a reply, but once they did respond, they actually helped me out. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish they were a little faster and clearer with their communication.

"Didn’t notice much difference"
I bought this after seeing a few people say it helped, so maybe it works better for others, but I didn’t really notice a change. I used it for a few weeks and the air felt pretty much the same to me. The smells I was hoping it would help with didn’t really go away either. Not sure if I’m missing something, but for me it ended up feeling like a waste of money

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the return process was way more of a headache than I expected. It took forever, and I could barely get a clear answer about what was going on. Nobody really explained the status or next steps, so I was left waiting and guessing. If you think there’s any chance you might need to return something, I’d be careful.

"I feel kind of stupid for..."
I feel kind of stupid for trusting that this would be simple. The install took way longer than it should have, and the instructions were confusing enough that I kept second-guessing what I was doing. I reached out to support, but their reply was slow, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not the smooth setup I was expecting at all.

"Pretty good communication in the end"
I had a question about my order, so I reached out and waited a bit at first, which made me wonder if it was going to take a while. But once they did reply, they got back to me quickly and the message actually answered what I was asking. It didn’t feel like one of those generic copy-and-paste replies that don’t really help, which I appreciated. The explanation was clear enough that I didn’t have to keep going back and forth asking the same thing in a different way. So even though there was a little waiting in the beginning, overall I’d say the communication was good.

"Got pretty much exactly what I needed"
I ordered from air-care.com and everything came right the first time. The filters were the exact ones I picked on the site, and nothing was missing from the box. I was relieved since I’ve had other places send the wrong sizes before, but this order was all correct. Easy experience overall.

I ordered from air-care.com and I don’t think it was worth what I paid. The product was fine I guess, but nothing really special, and for the price I was expecting better quality. Once shipping and all the extra costs got added, it felt even more overpriced. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they lowered the price a lot.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
The packaging was bad. The box was torn up and looked like it had been knocked around a lot, and the stuff inside didn’t seem very protected either. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not happy with this experience at all

It worked well at first and I didn’t have many complaints. I was just using it like normal and everything seemed fine. Then the hose cracked way sooner than I expected, which was annoying. Like, seriously? I thought it would last longer than that.

Overall, I’m happy with my experience. Air-Care was easy to use and my order arrived in good condition. The only annoying part was that it took a little longer than I expected, and the communication about the delay wasn’t very clear. I would’ve appreciated a better update instead of wondering what was going on. Still, the service was good overall.

I reached out hoping to get my issue fixed, but the whole interaction just felt unhelpful. The tone came across like they were going through the motions rather than actually trying to solve anything. In the end, my problem was still there and I felt like I’d just wasted my time

"I’ve bought from this brand before and..."
I’ve bought from this brand before and wanted to keep liking them, so it was frustrating when my unit started out fine but the warranty process became such a hassle. I sent over everything they asked for and then sat around for days getting these short, not-very-helpful replies.
They did eventually get back to me, so I can’t say they completely ignored me, but I definitely felt like I had to keep pushing things along. I still like some of their products, which makes this more annoying, but the support side really makes me question sticking with them next time.

"Shipping took forever"
Ordered from air-care.com. Shipping was so slow. Like, way too long. I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved for days. No real updates either. Annoying. The product might be fine, honestly. But the wait kind of ruined it for me
